Joan Nowak Wins the “ActionMAN”Award

Nowak has proven results working with small and mid-size businesses.  Joan Nowak who started her ActionCOACH business coaching firm in 2004 won the “ActionMAN” award at ActionCOACH’s 2008 Global Conference held at the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel & Spa in
California. Nowak has been working with small-to-medium sized business owners to provide them with the knowledge, focus and accountability in order to achieve growth and success. Her clients describe her as a passionate and results-oriented Business Coach who also has high ideals.

Founder and CEO of ActionCOACH Brad Sugars presented this award.  “Joan has grown her business in a short span of time and it is her ideals and work ethics that have won her honors,” Sugars said. “Joan personifies ActionCOACH positively and effectively.”

The Global Conference was the largest single gathering of Business Coaches in the world. It was a “melting pot” of cultures as top Business Coaches from all over the world exchanged ideas and absorbed a wealth of information.  The highlight of the event were keynote speeches from a trio of the world’s most influential business writers and speakers, including Jack Canfield, Jeffrey Gitomer and Keith Cunningham.
